Anthony Mensah LLB is a Ghanaian Citizen and graduate of law in the UK, with over 20 years experience in the media and entertainment industry. In 2007, he worked as an international business consultant and advisor, on a number of project initiations and negotiations in Africa and Europe.
Anthony travelled extensively around Africa as part of a due diligence team, investigating ways of initiating various projects to assist, and bring investment to Africa.
Having lived in Uganda from 2007-2010, Anthony was requested to incorporate Fifth Elements Investment Group. He acquired one of the largest Gold concessions in Uganda, for and on behalf of, Mr. James Braithwaite CBE.
Anthony studied the mining and gemstones industry, and after partnering with risk management specialists MacIvor Grant Ltd, he founded Kush Investment Group and secured two gold concessions. He later transferred these assets to a new joint venture company with leading junior mining company, New Kush Exploration and Mining, a company with $5 Billion USD in working capital. Anthony then set up Kush Management Services (KMS) to supply bespoke asset management and investment services in East Africa, focusing on Mining, Construction, ICT, and infrastructure projects. The company secured over eight gold concessions and became the first company at the time since the Independence of Uganda to obtain a Uranium licence for exploration. The company in 2009 went on to present a groundbreaking technology project to the Office of Secretary of Defence,
Advanced Systems and Concepts, Special Capabilities Office in Washington, DC. The project was well
received.
